SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping

We process all orders within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs procedures, and seasonal demand. While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. VESNEP is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags must remain attached.
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
  • Proof of purchase and order number must be provided.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as VESNEP cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Eligible Returns

If a returned item is found to be:

  • Worn or used
  • Damaged by the customer
  • Missing original tags
  • Returned outside the 14-day return window

the return will not qualify for a refund or exchange. The item will be shipped back to you at your expense.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vesnep.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
